I tried searching for famous ichthyologists, wondering whether there are celebrities who like fish--not as sushi, thank you very much.

Wikipedia has a List of Ornithologists but no list for ichthyologists.

Maybe I will never make a good zoologist because I (am not ashamed to admit that) almost failed high school Biology and thus would probably make me unfit for the job.



But anyone who grows wide-eyed at the thought of birds and fish are generally interesting for me. I don't know a lot of people who would openly say that they like fish or looking at fish. People who like birds are easy, there's always a metaphor for birds. Fish, I don't know.

This year, aside from resolutions, I am going to try to meet new people: One, being an ichthyologist.

Manila Ocean Park, 28 December 2009

The Holidays have been more-than-the-usual tiring for me because I had to work "double" on one of my odd jobs. Part of it entails me to go to Manila Ocean Park. (I am not complaining though, I loved it there.)

Perhaps the park is recommended to those who are easily fascinated by many things, i.e. kids. The girls who were with me enjoyed it only because the park was a visual treat.



I especially enjoyed the sting rays swimming above me and reading all those dorky information about fish.
